Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • In their original condition
  • With original tags (if applicable)

Custom & Personalized Items

Because our custom and personalized products are made specifically for you, they cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or we made an error with your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item

Once approved, we'll replace the item or issue a full refund at no additional cost.

Exchanges

Need a different size? We gladly exchange eligible non-custom items within 30 days, subject to product availability.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, or alteration
